Returns & Refunds policy

At Print Purrfect LLC, all of our products are custom-made and personalized according to each customer's specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized items.

REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS

We will gladly replace or refund an order if:

• The product arrives damaged during shipping.

• The item received is different from the approved order.

• There is a printing or manufacturing defect caused by us.

REPORTING AN ISSUE

If you experience any of the situations listed above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos showing the issue.

• A brief description of the problem.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Customer-approved design, spelling, or artwork errors.

• Incorrect size, color, or product selected by the customer.

• Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or washing.

• Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations, returns, or refunds are no longer available.
